An easy to use software is the condition for the use of latest technics in stone processing. Not only large firms work with our programme, the flexible and different applications of CNC-machines become also more and more interesting for small firms.
Profile machining
Do you prefer straight, round or angle profiles? However, STI transfers the draft and calculates then the necessary cutting order.
Most of the work completes your computer, to the point of managing the saw blades.
Simple forms only have to be drawn in profile. After the selection of the sections which can be sawed, STI takes over the computation of the cutting sequence.

With our software and machines with 90° swivelling B-axis and rotating table you can also create round-profiles and even polygons.

Tranch proportioning
Create the working pieces out of the building board, tomb or restoration sector with the aid of STI or other CAD-programmes and import them into STI3Blade - our proportioning programme for bridge saws.
In combination with the STI-Order management programme the drawn workpieces can directly be imported from the orders into the bridge saw programme.
Auftragsauswahl
Depending on the order or the size of the drawn workpiece different tranches are proposed.
Positioning of the workpieces on the sawing area of the digital collected tranches, free hand or with the help of special prgramme functions. The cuts can be created automatically or you can make manual modifications - for example by the fixation of the cutting depth or cutting order.
Segmentschnitte
For blasted sectors sawing cuts can be defined which lie as close as possible to the contour. Click on the picture to get a larger view.
