Also workpieces of the sector of restoration, such as e.g. baroque edges, columns, profiles etc. can be produced time- and cost-effectively through the mechanical production. Our enterprise offers here, combining different STI modules, a complete solution by means of which you can cover the complete production process, in fact from the CAD drawing, through the mechanical production up to the cost calculatiom and customer order handling.

Workpieces will be drawn in 2D in the top view and / or in the side view. STI calculates from this the 3D body.

The processes assigned to the drawing and being necessary for the production of the workpiece will be incorporated directly into the calculation scheme, just as the quantity of material. The different modes of machining and types of tools can be assigned to every product being required and which will be produced.

In case of the machine controls integrated in STI, the required sawing work or milling work can be defined at the 3D body. On the basis of the tool parameters and machining processes, specified by your part, STI calculates for you also the machine running time which the workpiece needs for being produced.

Together with the STI order module, the data of the calculation scheme can be incorporated into offers, orders etc.
